While the 3 may look like it could be a 5, the clincher is the 2 with a long downward stroke on top left as seen on chalon examples of the 123. The numeral 125 has a flatter 2 with hardly any downward stroke

And the 3 is a flat 3 on top unlike the 6 in 126 which is rounded at the top
